Study for Prologis Pier 1 Head Office Renovation

Designer, responsible for concept design, including 3D studies and client presentations.

A 5,000 sq ft tenant improvement study for the Prologis Head Offices at the Embarcaderro Pier 1 building, including major demo work, modified and added structural elements and new MEP systems. 

The "constalation" study attempted tp place several glossy key points throughout the building. Glass partitions at various heights, shades and transparencies were used to create work areas ranging from public to semi-private and private. The shiny materials inserted into the industrial building, were to create a refreshing yet subtle contrast with the existing steel framing.
